L.I.P.S. (Linear Interface for Paralysis Support) is a plug-and-play USB HID device translating lip and chin movements into precise computer inputs. Purpose-built for users with severe motor disabilities at 75× lower cost than commercial alternatives — no drivers or software required.

Open-source assistive HID device for hands-free computer control via sip/puff and joystick
Commercial assistive input devices are prohibitively expensive, and bite-based mouthpieces cause dental fatigue over time. L.I.P.S. removes all three barriers — cost, comfort, and sensitivity — in a single open-source platform.
